学风要从北大校长抓起

北京大学校长龚旗煌院士,在每天繁忙的开会、演讲、接待、出访活动的同时,业余时间坚持搞超高强度的科研,去年一年发表论文89篇(google scholar统计)。达到平均4天发表一篇高水平论文的国际同行难以企及的密度(认真看一篇论文也需要半个月时间吧)。2025年上半年已经发表41篇论文(其中nature 1篇,nature子刊 8篇,science子刊 2篇,物理学顶刊PRL两篇)。2021-2023这3年,北大校长平均每年发表论文都在60篇以上,成果数量远远超过了全世界任何一个大学校长。

大家知道,我国985大学的优秀老师,天天去实验室做实验、研究构思、平台搭建、仿真模拟、数值计算、实验操作、结果分析、整理数据、撰写论文、投稿和反复修改论文,一年能发表一篇nature、science子刊就非常非常突出了。北大校长2024年的89篇论文,在数量、质量上远远超过了985大学一个大型学院的科研成果!这其中,有多少篇论文是青年教师为了各种考核、评估、升职、学校资源等目的而赠送给校长的?这应该也算是行贿受贿吧?

北大的学风最近几年比较浮躁。北大校长如果以身作则、学风正派、注重修为,坚决拒绝论文挂名,别人也不敢随便写上校长的名字啊。
