举报“千人计划”于晓方拿国外研究成果申报中国自然科学奖

于晓方拿在国外的研究成果申报国家自然科学二等奖（“艾滋病病毒与宿主天然防御因子相互作用新机制的研究”）并蒙混通过初评，其提交的8篇代表性论文中，至少以下四篇论文所发表研究成果完全是在约翰霍普金斯大学取得的：

这些都是于晓方在约翰霍普金斯大学担任全职教授期间取得的科研成果，期间他曾在国内多所大学兼职，但实际到岗时间极少，为了在国内捞取利益，他发表这些论文时挂上国内大学的名称甚至以第一完成单位发表，现在竟然进一步用于申报国家自然科学奖。
