复旦大学药学院获得全国百篇优秀博士论文的欺骗行为

尊敬的方博士,

最近在查找相关文献时发现：复旦大学药学院党委书记陆伟跃学生的李翀的全国百篇优秀博士论文：‘抑制p53与MDM2结合的抗肿瘤多肽设计与靶向递送’存在明显的重大猫腻。教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心发布的关于2013年全国优秀博士学位论文评选报送材料的通知里明确指出：各项成果均应与博士学位论文内容密切相关，并能反映学位论文水平，且为攻读博士学位期间及获得博士学位后一年内获得（http://www.chinadegrees.cn/xwyyjsjyxx/zlpj/yblwpm/ybdtxx/277311.shtml），但是李翀发表的论文（Ｐｕｂｍｅｄ查询）都是以Ｌｕ　Ｗ（陆伟跃在马里兰大学的亲戚）作为最后通讯作者发表的，而陆伟跃（Ｌｕ　ＷＹ）则是倒数第二或非主要通讯作者的名义发表，做科学的都明白，如是自己的学生在自己的实验室的工作，咋可能让美国的亲戚做列在主要通讯作者的位置，那唯一的解释是那些工作显然是在美国使用室做的，也就是李翀为复旦大学全日制学生但工作几乎全是美国做的（事实也是李翀３年博士期间有２年多时间是在美国），如果主要工作基本都是国外实验室完成（如下发表的论文已说明了一切），而来骗取国内的全国百篇优博这不是欺骗行为又是啥？而且李翀作为第一作者发表的５篇论文（也就是参评优博的５篇中４篇第一单位是马里兰大学而非复旦），唯一一篇ＪＢＣ是复旦第一单位（如果仅以一篇国内ＪＢＣ何以获得全国优博？），应该是陆伟跃在申报材料里把４篇马里兰为第一单位的论文’打扮’成国内第一单位论文混淆评委的视线，况且陆伟跃只有本科学位，他自己还在读所谓的博士（已被新语丝和其他网站揭发存在学位造假嫌疑），他之前另一学生占昌友也以类似方法骗取２０１２年度的全国优博，连续２次欺骗评委和教育部，请教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心查实并给个说法！ 报全国优博的如下所列（均为Pubmed 查询结果）： 李 翀论文（6篇第一作者original article论文中仅１篇复旦为第一作者）Functional consequences of retro-inverso isomerization of a miniature protein inhibitor of the p53-MDM2 interaction.　Li C1, Zhan C, Zhao L, Chen X, Lu WY, Lu W.　Bioorg Med Chem. 2013 Jul 15;21(14):4045-50. doi: 10.1016/j.bmc.2013.04.039.
